Application form LoAC-MME Courses 2026

I will get my visa on time and I accept that the participation in the course can be cancelled by the organizers and the place given to a different applicant if the visa is not presented at least 6 weeks prior to the course.

I confirm that I will cover the extra costs for the accomodation and meals of my family/ partner.

Mandatory e-learning: I understand that the MME course starts with mandatory e-learning assignments on August 25, 2026. More details in the course description.

Payment: I understand that payment is mandatory after this registration and will pay before the due date.

Health insurance: I confirm that I am medically and dentally fit to take part in the course and will bring with me all necessary quantities of any prescribed medication for the duration of the course.

Note: I am aware that by submitting the application I am not automatically guaranteed a place in the course.  A decision about the admission to the course will be communicated in due time.

Data storage: I agree to the storage and use of the data provided in this form for the purpose of the course administration. I am aware that I can withdraw consent at any time.
